The workbook Deutsch im Geschäftsalltag 1 für Anfänger was published in 2020 as an electronic book. It has been specifically designed for students of professional studies who enrol on the course Business German for Beginners I.
It is a self-study workbook containing business German vocabulary and grammar exercises. The aims of the workbook are to make students aware of the importance of business German for society and economy, to enable students to acquire fundamental communication and cultural skills required in typical business situations and to develop an interest in lifelong learning of business German. The content of the workbook not only accompanies but also complements and extends the topics planned by the course syllabus. Four units offer a variety of exercises with answer key as well as mock tests. The appendix contains pronunciation rules with examples, a word list, an additional materials list and a list of video clips and free mobile applications for learning German and practising pronunciation.
